MHI is Awarded a Major Turbomachinery Order for Ust-Luga LNG Export Plant

November 25, 2021 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) announced today that MHI has been awarded by Linde Engineering the main refrigeration gas compression trains for the Ust-Luga LNG project in Russia. The order consists of the best in class, high efficiency dual shaft 120 megawatt H-100 gas turbines and centrifugal compressors. Led by RusChemAlliance LLC, the 50-50 special-purpose venture of PJSC Gazprom and JSC RusGazDobycha, the Ust-Luga LNG project is a world class natural gas liquefaction plant designed to apply the liquefaction technology owned by Linde and Gazprom, with two trains to produce upwards of 13 million tons per annum (mtpa). The liquefaction plant to be located near the Baltic seaport of Ust-Luga, Leningrad Oblast will utilize natural gas gathered from domestic sources via Russia's Unified Gas Supply System (UGSS). Hokkaido Electric Power’s First LNG Cargo from the United States arrived at Ishikari LNG Terminal, Hokkaido Prefecture

October 26, 2020 On September 21, 2020, Hokkaido Electric Power (HEPCO, Headquarters: Sapporo City, Hokkaido Prefecture) announced that its first Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) cargo ship, the Shinshu Maru, has arrived at the Ishikari LNG terminal at Ishikari Bay, Hokkaido Prefecture from Freeport City, Texas in the United States. The newly arrived LNG will fuel HEPCO’s Ishikari Bay New Port Power Plant. The 70,000-ton LNG order is based on an LNG spot sales contract between HEPCO and JERA Global Markets (JERAGM, Headquarters: Singapore), a group company of JERA (Headquarters: Tokyo) that specializes in LNG trades. Adani Ports signs a long term regasification pact with Indian Oil for Dhamra LNG terminal

April 15 2018 Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), India’s leading port infrastructure developer and part of the Adani Group, today said it had signed a long term agreement with Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) to provide Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) regasification services on a use or pay basis to the state-run refiner, at its upcoming LNG import terminal at Dhamra in Odisha. As per the contract, IOC has booked 3 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) regasification capacity spread over 20 years. IOC plans to supply the gas to its refineries in Paradip in Odisha and Haldia in West Bengal. “We are pleased to partner with Indian Oil by signing this long term agreement. Cheniere Announces Substantial Completion of Train 3 at the Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project

March 29, 2021  Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) (NYSE American: LNG) announced today that Substantial Completion of Train 3 at the Corpus Christi liquefaction project was achieved on March 26, 2021. Commissioning is complete and Cheniere’s EPC partner Bechtel Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Inc. (“Bechtel”) has turned over care, custody, and control of Train 3 to Cheniere. Cheniere, its subsidiaries, and Bechtel have now declared Substantial Completion on a total of eight liquefaction trains at the Corpus Christi liquefaction project and the Sabine Pass liquefaction project ahead of each train’s guaranteed completion date and within project budgets. With the achievement of Substantial Completion, financial results of LNG sales from Train 3 going forward will be reflected in the statement of operations of Cheniere and its applicable affiliates.

Yamal LNG shipped first LNG cargo

11 December 2017. PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced today that Yamal LNG has shipped the first LNG cargo containing 170 thousand cubic meters. The first cargo was sold to PETRONAS LNG UK Limited (PLUK). LNG sales according to the long-term contracts will commence in April 2018.   25 March 2021 – PETRONAS has become the first global energy company to produce liquefied natural gas (LNG) from two floating facilities following the first cargo delivery by PETRONAS Floating LNG DUA (PFLNG DUA) on 24 March 2021. The cargo was loaded onto the Seri Camar LNG Carrier operated by MISC Bhd for shipment to our LNG buyer in Thailand.   PFLNG DUA has a production capacity of 1.5 million tonnes of LNG per year and operating at the water depth of 1,300 metres. 19 February 2020 PETRONAS’ second floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) vessel, PFLNG Dua , has set sail to Rotan Gas Field, 140km offshore Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The 1,840 nautical mile journey will take approximately two weeks to complete. Upon arrival at the Rotan Gas Field, PFLNG Dua will commence its installation, hook-up and commissioning with the Ready-for-Start-Up (RFSU) date earmarked for mid-2020 and Provisional Acceptance (PA) of the PFLNG Dua by the end of this year. February 25, 2020 Venture Global LNG, Inc. announces that Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC and Électricité de France, S.A. (EDF) have entered into a 20-year Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the supply of one million tonnes per annum (MTPA) from the Plaquemines LNG export facility in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. Under this agreement, EDF will purchase LNG on a free on board basis (FOB) for a 20-year term starting from the commercial operation date of the Venture Global Plaquemines LNG export facility. The 20 MTPA Plaquemines facility utilizes an identical configuration to the company’s Calcasieu Pass LNG project, currently under construction in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. Plaquemines LNG has previously sold 2.5 MTPA under a 20-year SPA to PGNiG. Nov. 28, 2017 Suncor today confirmed that it has been advised by the operator of the Hebron project , ExxonMobil Canada, that Hebron produced its first barrel of oil on Nov. 27, 2017. At peak, Hebron is expected to produce up to 150,000 barrels of oil per day with approximately 31,000 barrels of oil per day net to Suncor.   June 11, 2020 The parties have entered into an agreement on commercial terms for a coordinated development of the licenses Krafla, Fulla and North of Alvheim (NOA) on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. 23.04.2021 BW Offshore has signed an agreement to dispose of the FPSO Berge Helene for environmentally safe demolition and recycling in compliance with the Hong Kong Convention at Priya Blue shipyard in India. The FPSO Berge Helene (IMO 7360083) is a floating storage/production unit of 274,333 deadweight-ton capacity built in France in 1976 and converted to an FPSO in Singapore in 2005. The vessel is 372 meters long, 52 meters wide and has a depth of 27.4 meters. It is flagged and registered in Singapore, classed by DNV GL and has been in lay-up in Singapore since August 2018. The vessel is sold for a cash consideration of approximately USD 16 million. November 17 2020 TechnipFMC has received a Notice to Proceed for a major(1) Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract by Sempra LNG and Infraestructura Energética Nova, S.A.B. de C.V. (IEnova) at their Energía Costa Azul (ECA) liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility in Baja California, Mexico. The project will add a natural gas liquefaction facility with nameplate capacity of 3.25 Mtpa(2) to the existing regasification terminal using a compact and high efficiency mid-scale LNG design. 1/10/2020 Woodside awards Subsea Integration Alliance an engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) contract for the Sangomar Field Development project offshore Senegal. The project involves the development of the Sangomar oil field. The Sangomar field is a deepwater oil field located 100 km south of Dakar. The project work scope includes the EPCI of subsea production systems (SPS) and a subsea umbilical, riser and flowline (SURF) system. The development will include 23 wells in a water depth between 650 m and 1400 m. Offshore installation activities are scheduled from 2021 to 2023 using Subsea 7’s reel-lay, flex-lay and light construction vessels. First oil production is expected in early 2023. Woodside Completes Sangomar Acquisition From Far

7 July 2021 Woodside Energy (Senegal) B.V. has completed the acquisition of the entire participating interest of FAR Senegal RSSD S.A. (FAR) in the Rufisque Offshore, Sangomar Offshore and Sangomar Deep Offshore (RSSD) joint venture. The purchase price was US$45 million plus a working capital adjustment of approximately US$167 million to reflect the acquisition effective date of 1 January 2020. The final completion payment to FAR, after adjustments and remedying of FAR’s defaults under the joint operating agreement, was approximately US$126 million. Additional payments of up to US$55 million are contingent on future commodity prices and timing of first oil. Woodside Commissions Pluto Domestic Gas Pipeline

18th December 2018 The Woodside-operated Pluto LNG Project has supplied its first gas to the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline with successful commissioning of the Pluto pipeline gas facility. A ceremony was held on site today following the completion of commissioning activities, during which the facility produced at near its capacity of 25 terajoules per day. Pluto pipeline gas will now form part of Woodside’s domestic gas supply portfolio, adding to its foundation domestic gas facility at the North West Shelf. Additional domestic gas supply from Pluto is scheduled to start up in early 2019 with the commissioning of the Pluto LNG trucking facility. Domestic gas infrastructure on the Pluto site will also be expanded as part of the proposed Pluto Train 2 Project, for which a final investment decision is targeted in 2020.
