Total acquires Maersk Oil for $7.45 billion in a share and debt transaction

08/21/2017 Total is pleased to announce that the Boards of Total and A.P. Møller – Mærsk have both approved the acquisition of 100% of the equity of the E&P company Maersk Oil & Gas A/S (Maersk Oil), a wholly owned subsidiary of A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S, by Total in a share and debt transaction. Under the agreed terms, A.P. Møller – Maersk will receive a consideration of $4.95 billion in Total shares and Total will assume $2.5 billion of Maersk Oil’s debt. Total will issue to A.P. Møller – Maersk A/S, 97.5 million of shares, based on the average Total share price on the 20 business days prior to August, 21 (signing date) which will represent 3.75% of the enlarged share capital of Total. Underpinning this share based partnership, subject to Total shareholders’ approval, Total has also offered the possibility of a seat on its Board of Directors to A.P. Oneok Announces Completion of The Elk Creek Pipeline

Dec. 11, 2019 ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) today announced the completion of its Elk Creek Pipeline . Natural gas liquids (NGL) volume is now flowing on the fully completed 900-mile pipeline, which extends from the Williston Basin to ONEOK's existing Mid-Continent NGL facilities in Bushton, Kansas. Elk Creek has the capacity to transport up to 240,000 barrels per day (bpd) of unfractionated NGLs and the capability to be expanded to 400,000 bpd with additional pump facilities. ONEOK expects total Rocky Mountain NGL volume transported on the Elk Creek and Bakken NGL pipelines to reach more than 240,000 bpd by the end of the first quarter 2020. December 5, 2018 Equinor and Faroe Petroleum have agreed a number of transactions in the Norwegian Sea and the North Sea region of the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). These transactions are calibrated as a balanced swap when it comes to value with no cash consideration. “The net effect of our agreement with Faroe is to upgrade Equinor’s portfolio in line with our updated roadmap for the NCS. We are strengthening our operated position in the prolific Njord area, which we believe continues to have considerable upside potential. We remain operator and majority equity holder in Alve which is produced via Norne, another important part of the Norwegian Sea for us. 10/31/2014 Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP) today announced that the fully subscribed Sierrita Pipeline has begun service. The approximately 60-mile, 36-inch diameter pipeline provides approximately 200 million cubic feet per day of firm transportation capacity and extends from El Paso Natural Gas’ existing south mainlines near Tucson, Arizona, to the U.S.-Mexico border near Sasabe, Arizona. The Sierrita Pipeline interconnects via a new international border crossing with a new natural gas pipeline in Mexico. Energy Transfer Announces that the Trans-Pecos Pipeline, Comanche Trail Pipeline, and the Waha Header Are In Service

May 3, 2017 Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) announced today that two natural gas pipelines in West Texas, the Trans-Pecos Pipeline and the Comanche Trail Pipeline , and the Trans-Pecos Pipeline WAHA Header (WAHA Header) are in service. Both pipelines and the WAHA Header are owned by affiliates of ETP, Carso Energy Corp. and MasTec, Inc. as part of long-term agreements with the Comisión Federal de Electricidad, Mexico’s federal electricity commission, to transport natural gas from the Waha Hub in Pecos County, Texas to the Texas-Mexico border. The Comanche Trail Pipeline and the WAHA Header went into service as scheduled on January 30, 2017. The 42-inch intrastate pipeline traverses 195 miles through Pecos, Reeves, Culberson, Hudspeth, and El Paso counties to the Texas-Mexico border in San Elizario, Texas, just south of El Paso, Texas. INEOS Energy to acquire all oil and gas interests from HESS Corporation in Denmark

March 18, 2021 INEOS E&P AS, which is a part of INEOS Energy, has today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the subsidiary HESS Denmark ApS. for a total consideration of $150 million, effective January 1st 2021. This is the first deal to be announced following the formation of the new INEOS Energy business, which incorporates INEOS’ Oil and Gas business. As part of the deal INEOS will acquire 61.5% of the Syd Arne oil field , currently operated by HESS, which complements the 36.8% share INEOS already holds in the field. INEOS will also acquire 4.8% of the Solsort field , which is already operated by INEOS. The HESS business in Denmark consists of operated assets focused on the production of oil. Approximately 60 people will transfer to INEOS on completion of the deal, which is expected in the third quarter of this year, subject to government approval. May 24, 2017 INEOS today announced that it has agreed to acquire the Dong Oil & Gas Business from DONG Energy A/S for an unconditional payment of $1.05bn, plus a contingent payment of USD 150 million related to the Fredericia stabilisation plant and a contingent payment of up to USD 100 million subject to the development of the Rosebank field. In acquiring the entire DONG Oil & Gas Business, the deal positions INEOS as a top ten company in the North Sea and the biggest privately owned exploration and production business operating in this energy basin. First oil from Johan Sverdrup to Mongstad

October 21, 2019 Oil from the giant Johan Sverdrup field in the North Sea has arrived at the Mongstad plant north of Bergen. The event is being celebrated at the plant today. “This is a great day for Equinor and the Johan Sverdrup partnership, consisting of Lundin Norway, Petoro, Aker BP and Total. First oil to Mongstad only a few days after production start confirms that the field is producing well. This day also marks the start of a new phase as we prepare to bring Johan Sverdrup oil to the international market,” says Irene Rummelhoff, executive vice president for Marketing, Midstream & Processing (MMP) in Equinor. Oil is piped from the North Sea Johan Sverdrup field, a distance of 283 kilometres. At the Mongstad complex the oil is stored in caverns and prepared for shipping to markets all over the world. April 7, 2021 Technip Energies (PARIS:TE) has been awarded a significant Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) contract by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for its BR9 Expansion Project in Barauni , Bihar, in the Eastern part of India. This EPCC contract covers the installation of a new Once-through Hydrocracker Unit (OHCU) of 1 million metric tonnes per annum (MMTPA) capacity, a Fuel Gas Treatment Unit (FGTU) and the associated facilities.
