Teesside Gas Processing Plant Limited acquired by North Sea Midstream Partners

Teesside Gas Processing Plant Limited (“TGPP”) is pleased to announce the successful transfer to a new owner on 19th December 2012. The new owner of TGPP is North Sea Midstream Partners (“NSMP”).

Teesside Gas Processing Plant Limited (“TGPP”) is pleased to announce the successful transfer to a new owner on 19th December 2012. The new owner of TGPP is North Sea Midstream Partners (“NSMP”).

NSMP, a new company formed by ArcLight Capital Partners LLC (“ArcLight”) will focus on the ownership and commercial development of large scale midstream oil and gas infrastructure assets in and around the North Sea. Andy Heppel and David O’Donnell will continue to serve as the CEO and Commercial Director of TGPP, respectively. Mike Wagstaff, previously the CEO of Venture Production plc, will serve as the non-executive chairman of NSMP. TGPP will continue to be operated by affiliates of px Group Limited.
Andy Heppel said,
