Forward Section of MODEC’s Next Generation Hull for FPSO Gato do Mato Departs for Integration at China Yard

Jul. 2, 2026 MODEC, Inc. (MODEC) announces a significant milestone in the construction of its latest Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel with the successful completion of the forward hull section at Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd.’s (SHI-ME) Yokosuka shipyard in Japan. The completed forward hull section has departed Japan and is en route to China, where it will be integrated with the aft hull section currently under construction before the full hull progresses to the next phase. MODEC Announces Arrival of FPSO Errea Wittu in Guyana

Aug. 24, 2026 MODEC, Inc. ("MODEC") today announced the safe arrival of the Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel – F PSO Errea Wittu – in Guyana. Developed for ExxonMobil Guyana, the FPSO will integrate the development of the Snoek, Mako and Uaru resources in the Stabroek block. Upon arrival, the FPSO will undergo final offshore preparations and commissioning ahead of first oil. Sept. 2, 2025  Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) today announced that its modular liquefied natural gas (LNG) pretreatment technology and Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) will be adopted at AMIGO LNG S.A. de C.V.’s export terminal in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. SOCAR, Uzbekneftegaz agree on cooperation in modernizing Bukhara Refinery

Feb 26 2026 The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) plans to participate in the project to increase the productivity of the Bukhara Oil Refinery , the state company Uzbekneftegaz said. "The chairman of the board of directors of Uzbekneftegaz, Abdugani Sanginov, received the management of SOCAR's subsidiaries - SOCAR Trading (the trading subsidiary) and SOCAR Downstream Management (the subsidiary for oil refining). The negotiations were attended by N. Aliyev, the director of global government relations at SOCAR Trading, and G. Mikailov, advisor to the general director of SOCAR Downstream Management," Uzbekneftegaz said. Eni makes a significant gas discovery offshore Cyprus

22 August 2022 Eni announces a significant gas discovery in the Cronos-1 well drilled in Block 6, 160 km off Cyprus coastline, in 2,287 metres of water depth. The Block is operated by Eni Cyprus holding 50% interest with TotalEnergies as partner. Preliminary estimates indicate about 2.5 TCF of gas in place, with significant additional upside that will be investigated by a further exploration well in the area. The well has encountered an important gas column in a carbonate reservoir sequence of fair to excellent properties. The intense data acquisition campaign has shown an overall net pay of more than 260m with intervals owning excellent permeability. Studies on a fast-track development options are already ongoing. Cronos-1 well is the fourth exploration well drilled by Eni Cyprus and the second well in Block 6, following the gas discovery of Calypso-1 in 2018. Eni announces Final Investment Decision for Cyprus’ Cronos project

Eni has reached the Final Investment Decision (FID) to develop Cronos project , in deep waters offshore Cyprus, with the target to bring the first Cypriot gas to market in 2028. The project, operated by Eni, will bring to production the gas volumes from Cronos field, in Block 6, which holds more than 3 Tcf of gas initially in place (GIIP). Production is expected to reach a plateau of 500 mmscf/d; gas will be transported and processed in existing Zohr facilities, in Egypt, then transferred and liquefied in Damietta LNG plant for export as LNG to international markets, primarily Europe. 2 September 2026 In the presence of the Acting President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, during the visit to Venezuela by U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright, and in the presence of the Venezuelan Minister of Hydrocarbons, Paula Henao, the Chief Executive Officer of the state-owned company PDVSA, Héctor Obregón, and Eni Chief Executive Officer Claudio Descalzi, Eni and PDVSA signed the “Contrato de Participación Productiva de Hidrocarburos” (CPPH) relating to the development of the Junín 5 giant oil field , located onshore in the Orinoco Belt.
