Rosetti Marino is pleased to announce the award of the EPCIC contract for Tolmount Field Development Project​ in the Southern North Sea​ (UK).

The project entails a minimal facilities platform exporting gas to shore via a new gas pipeline​.

Rosetti’s activities include the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning of the platform. The Construction will be carried out at Rosetti “Piomboni” Yard in Marina di Ravenna.

August 15, 2022 Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that, as a result of the progress of the development project for the Búzios field , in the Santos Basin pre-salt area, it signed today a contract with Keppel Shipyard Limited for the construction of platform P-80 , the ninth unit to be installed in the field.  This unit will be one of the largest to operate in Brazil and one of the largest in the global oil and gas industry, with capacity to produce up to 225 thousand barrels of oil per day, process up to 12 million m3/day of gas, and store more than 1.6 million barrels.  The project foresees the interconnection of 14 wells, 7 of which are oil producers and 7 injectors. Equinor transfers operatorship for Gulf of Mexico field to Shell

29 JUNE 2022 Equinor has agreed to sell to Shell 51% of its interest in the North Platte deep water development project in the US Gulf of Mexico. Equinor will retain 49% interest in the project, and Shell will become the new operator of the field. To reflect this change, Equinor and Shell have agreed to rename the North Platte development to the Sparta development . Sparta straddles four blocks of the Garden Banks area, 275 kilometers (171 miles) off the coast of Louisiana in approximately 1,300 meters (4265 feet) of water depth. Front-end engineering and design (FEED) has been matured for the project. Equinor and Shell will now work closely to review the work that has been completed and to update the development plan. Saipem: three new EPC contracts awarded in Angola for a total amount of around 900 million USD

August 11, 2022 Saipem has been awarded three new contracts (one onshore and two offshore) by the New Gas Consortium composed by two wholly owned subsidiaries of Azule Energy (Eni Angola Exploration B.V. and BP Exploration (Angola) Limited), Sonangol P&P, Chevron, TotalEnergies, for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities relevant to the Quiluma & Maboqueiro fields development project off the northwest coast of Angola. With an overall value of around 900 million USD, Saipem is taking care of the engineering, procurement and construction, including hook-up and commissioning assistance, of the Quiluma platform and of the relevant onshore natural gas processing plant.
