CC7 Won the Bid for AORC Project– Hydrocracking Unit (HCU)/ Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU)

On July 29, JSC «Gazpromneft-Moscow Refinery» under PJSC «Gazprm neft» officially announced CC7 won the general construction contract of AORC Project – Hydrocracking Unit (HCU)/ Hydrogen production Unit (HPU). The contract value is about 20.3 billion Rubles (VAT included), equivalent to 1.8million RMB, and the construction duration is 34 months. CC7 will execute the construction of Hydrocracking Unit (HCU), Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU) and flare.

The project, located in Moscow, the capital of Russia, is CC7’s first project in political and economic center of Russia. It is an important breakthrough after across-country-layout made by CC7 Russian Branch in Far East, Southern Krai, Middle Volga River Basin, North Krasnoyarsk Territory, and West Leningrad, and a great significance for accelerating the network and rapid growth of the Russia market.

The project belongs to the same Client as the DCC project, HIDW project and CPC project executed by CC7. The fact that PJSC «Gazprm neft» has awarded the same Chinese company four major projects are extremely rare in the history of China-Russia economic and trade cooperation, even in Client’s own bidding history. Since the implementation of the DCC project in Omsk, CC7 has repeatedly broken the Client’s historical construction progress record with its first-class capacities of organization, technological innovation, and international operation.CC7, with its competency and professionalism, has won the recognition of Client, the affirmation of local government and the support of community residents.

Winning of the contract marks that CC7's cooperation with global petrochemical pioneer PJSC «Gazprm neft» has entered a new stage of high-level, wide-ranging, and in-depth cooperation.
